The beef
Grass, then grain, then time.
Our cattle are Registered Black Angus. They get the best climates Arizona offers — desert in the winter, forest at seven thousand feet in the summer. The land is a resource; we try to steward it that way.
The herd runs on a real health protocol — mineral supplements, vaccines, worming, on a schedule. Genetics get chosen with EPDs, not guesswork. Pasture-raised beef is high in Omega-3s and nutrient-dense; grain-finishing is what puts marbling in the ribeye. We do both.
Every animal we sell as beef is dry-aged twenty-one days and custom cut. You tell us steak thicknesses, roast sizes, and how you want the ground beef packaged. We hand that cut sheet to the butcher.
4K beef is always
Six things, every time.
- Natural
- Pasture-raised on Arizona desert and forest grass.
- No added hormones
- Ever. No implants at any stage.
- No antibiotics
- Sick animals are treated and pulled from the beef program.
- Grain-finished
- Finished on grain for flavor and marbling — not commodity feedlot volume.
- Dry-aged 21 days
- Hung three weeks before cutting. Non-negotiable.
- Custom cut
- Your cut sheet, your steak thickness, your grind ratio.
